Sollelio Events
A more structured way to run an event business.
Sollelio Events is an operations platform being built to reduce fragmented workflows, manual coordination and operational uncertainty across the event journey.
The problem
The event happens in one place. The work behind it often does not.
Customer conversations happen in one tool.
Event details live somewhere else.
Documents, payments, tasks, calendars and team coordination can each have their own place.
Important context ends up distributed across systems — or dependent on someone remembering it.
- Spreadsheets
- Documents
- Calendars
- Tasks
- Payments
- Memory
The result is more manual coordination, less visibility and more opportunities for important details to be missed.

Do Luxo à Mesa Event business, Portugal
Sollelio Events did not start as a SaaS concept.
Its origins are in software built to support Do Luxo à Mesa, an event business operating in Portugal.
Working closely with the business created direct exposure to real operational problems, real customer journeys and the practical complexity behind delivering events.
That internal system became the starting point for a bigger question:
Could these lessons become a better operational product for other event businesses too?
Sollelio Events is the result of exploring that question properly.
The existing system
The internal system Do Luxo à Mesa uses today.

Build with us
We are looking for Founding Design Partners in Portugal.
We want to understand how different event businesses actually operate before making assumptions about what the industry needs.
That is why we are working with a small number of businesses directly.
A Founding Design Partner is not a beta tester.
It is a business willing to give us access to real operational context, challenge our assumptions and occasionally test what we build.
In return
You get early access, direct contact with the founder, meaningful influence on the early product and support throughout the collaboration.
How the collaboration works
- Understand
- 01 Initial conversation
- 02 Understand your workflow
- 03 Identify problems
- Build
- 04 Prototype / product work
- 05 Short feedback
- Test
- 06 Real-world testing
- 07 Iteration — feeds back into prototype / product work
Participation is designed to work around a busy business. Most requests are short and asynchronous.
Your workflow may be different from the one that started Sollelio Events.
That is exactly why we want to talk.
If you run an event business in Portugal and recognise some of these operational challenges, we would like to learn how your business works.
